PURPOSE: The purpose of this program is to convert rainfall data into input formats required by major hydrologic analysis applications. Use of this application reduces the time required to create input data and avoids the data integrity problems associated with manual data entry. Input formats supported by this program include: - The Corps of Engineers' HEC-1 Computer Program, - The Corps of Engineers' HEC-STORM Computer Program, - The Corps of Engineers' HEC-DSS Data Storage System, - The SCS's TR-20 Computer Program, and - The EPA's Storm Water Management Model (SWMM).
