The software can import HY8 input files (*.inp) and output files (*.pc). In addition, the software can be operated independently of HY8. The software automates the design methods described in HEC-14, "Hydraulic Design of Energy Dissipators for Culverts and Channels." Please Note: The user's manual is in SI units only.
