Mr. Delaney has been in
senior management positions with two organizations in the Houston area for the
last twenty five years. During the eighties he was the Chief Operating Officer
and Senior lender for a $750M five bank Company. From 1991-2003 Mr. Delaney was
Chief Operating Officer and later CEO of a $100M/yr. service company for the
electric utility industry. That company went public in 1998 and was later sold
in 2003. Mr. Delaney resigned from the company in 2004, and purchased Dodson &
Associates, Inc. in 2005.

active in numerous professional and community activities over the years to
